Blue Coast CrossFit is Oahu’s newest affiliate on the Leeward side of the island. We serve the CrossFit community in the Wai’anae and Ewa districts including Ewa Beach, Kapolei, Makakilo, and Ko Olina.
We provide functional fitness programming with group and personal training for athletes of all ages and abilities.
I know that I'm getting more fit after every class. And if I didn't have a good session, I either know what I need to do so that next class will be better, or I can ask a coach for help. The thing I appreciate most about this gym is how welcoming and encouraging everyone is. It really is a friendly gym. Unlike other gym classes where I go in, don't really socialize with people, and leave ASAP, I feel like I'm part of a community. I was referred to the program by a friend and had heard how intense the Basic Essential class was. Just short of Basic Military Training, CF is no jokes kick your butt and sweat 'till ya can't sweat no more class! I'm pretty fit and these classes challenged me beyond my physical boundaries. It was awesome. it (the class) kept moving and the staff quickly corrected movements so that they wouldn’t develop into a bad habit. People at the gym are nice and work their butt off! Overall, it is awesome, I like the small classes. – recent basics athlete
I really enjoyed the class! It was challenging, but challenging is good. I really like that the modifications aren't that much different from the movement I'm working towards. It's encouraging because it reminds me that I'll be able to do the unmodified movement if I keep working at it. I like that the classes are small so that the coaches can pay close attention to us and make sure we're doing everything properly and are kind when making corrections. I like that I never feel like I'm being judged for being so out of shape and for once, I didn't loathe going to the gym to workout and it's because I never have to question if my time/effort was worth it.–recent basics athlete
